Hi all,

In this article, I would be suggesting you the ways how to achieve an aesthetic physique. But before that i would like to tell you all what is meant by Aesthetic bodybuilding.  Aesthetic meaning Beautiful and Bodybuilding meaning to build muscles. Thus it is used to represent the well maintained ideal physique such as Definite proportion, Perfect symmetry, Six pack abs, Well developed deltoids and shoulders. So this is called as Aesthetic Bodybuilding.

Now to achieve a well maintained aesthetic physique, he/she needs to follow some principles strictly and regularly so that you could achieve what you always wanted i.e. your dream physique. Basics are always same everywhere for any type of body transformations whether it has to deal with weight loss, gaining muscles, or training for your physique or Aesthetic bodybuilding. Here are some of the principles you need to focus on to achieve an aesthetic physique. They are :-

1- DIET PLAN –

The first and the most important aspect in any body transformation programs. It is very important to have a perfect, healthy balanced diet enriched with ample of nutrients that can make you stay active for longer durations.

To achieve an ideal Aesthetic physique, you must encourage yourself to have an Aesthetic Diet Plan. You have to choose best diet plan for yourself which is right for you and can give you the best possible results you always desired for. There are endless Diet plan’s. Different individuals will make you choose different diet plans but you have to choose that is best suited for you. Once you know about how many calories your body needs on day to day basis, you can choose your diet plan accordingly and get the best results for yourself. Body transformations always depends on your diet which include three basic macros i.e. Protein, carbohydrates and fats. If you know how much to intake protein, carbs and fats according to your body needs on daily basis, you can get what you want. So choose diet which can help you to transform yourself from zero to hero.

2- WORKOUT PLAN –

There are many different workout schedules to train yourself. An Aesthetic workout schedule mainly focuses on maximum muscle gain and weight loss. This Muscle building program will help to look ultra hot, sexy, fit and fine, healthy and most of all your body’s symmetry is perfect i.e. in well defined proportion. Many training schedules lays importance firstly on gaining your weight and then make you lean, some training programs just make you huge but not build your muscles perfectly. Thus choosing right workout plan will always get you best transformation results which you have always desired for and in definite proportion. Thus it is very much important too.

Monday –Chest, Tuesday –Back, Wednesday –Shoulders, Thursday –Arms, Friday –Legs, Saturday –Abs.

* Multiple muscle workout in one day –

It includes –

Back & Shoulders workout/ Leg workout/ Chest and Arms workout

* Upper workout day and lower workout day.

3- Rest Time –

It is one of the most essential part in Aesthetic bodybuilding. Without proper rest, we cannot build good quality muscles because when we will not rest i.e. Sleep, our muscles will not get recovered and their will be fatigue in our muscles all the time. Resting for less duration of time will decrease our energy levels which ultimately will affect your performance in the gym i.e. it will lower the performance. This will ultimately results in lesser gains and their will be just wastage of time. We should intake heavy nutritional diet and enough sleep to help your muscles to recover.

4- Improving your workout periodically –

It means that you have to improve your workout periodically for better results and essential growth. You just need to focus on some aspects like Getting strong, More reps, Less rest during sets, More powerful, Stamina improving. Track your record on daily basis so that you should know that how much you are improving day by day in the gym and thus it will help you to achieve you always want.
